01
Our integrity commitment
CoachFace is built on skill, transparent rules, reliable scoring, and equal access to contest information. Every participant must compete independently and honestly. This Fair Play Policy applies to account creation, free and paid games, rankings, rewards, promotions, community features, and withdrawals.
CoachFace may use automated detection and trained human review to protect competition. An unusual pattern is not automatically proof of misconduct, and meaningful enforcement decisions will consider context and available evidence.
02
One person, one account
- Do not create, control, finance, or benefit from multiple accounts unless CoachFace has expressly approved a separate organizational or testing account.
- Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or purchase an account, identity, payment method, verification result, or device session.
- Do not enter for another person or allow another person to make selections, verify identity, or withdraw through your account.
- Household members may maintain separate genuine accounts, but each must act independently and may be subject to additional review or contest limits.
03
Independent play and collusion
Participants may discuss public sports information and general strategy. They may not coordinate entries to manipulate outcomes, divide the selection pool, avoid competing against one another, share a single decision-making process across supposedly independent accounts, or arrange to split prizes in a way that undermines contest integrity.
- No coordinated identical or complementary lineups intended to gain unfair coverage.
- No soft play, chip dumping, intentional losing, leaderboard manipulation, or reciprocal entry schemes.
- No threats, bribery, inducements, or agreements concerning another participant's lineup or conduct.
- No use of private groups, paid services, or third parties to conceal prohibited coordination.
04
Bots, automation, and unauthorized tools
Entries and lineup changes must be made through approved CoachFace interfaces. Unless a contest expressly permits it, participants may not use scripts, bots, macros, browser automation, private APIs, scraping tools, emulators, or other methods that create a speed, volume, access, or information advantage.
Public assistive technologies used for accessibility are permitted when they do not automate strategic decisions or evade controls. CoachFace may approve integrations in writing and impose rate, disclosure, security, and audit requirements.
05
Inside information and conflicts
Do not enter a contest using material non-public information obtained through employment, team access, a league, athlete or coach relationship, data-provider access, media embargo, technical access, or another duty of confidentiality. Publicly reported news and generally available statistics may be used.
Sports personnel, officials, agents, team and league employees, data suppliers, and CoachFace personnel may be restricted from contests connected to information or influence available through their role. Participants must disclose a conflict when requested and comply with applicable professional rules.
06
Location, identity, and payment integrity
- Do not mask, spoof, or manipulate location through a VPN, remote desktop, emulator, proxy, GPS tool, or another person.
- Use accurate identity, age, address, tax, and payment information belonging to you or lawfully authorized for your use.
- Do not cycle funds, misuse promotions, reverse legitimate payments, use stolen instruments, or structure activity to evade limits or review.
- Complete requested verification and do not tamper with documents, selfies, device checks, or compliance controls.
07
Respectful participation and reporting
Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, intimidation, targeted abuse, deceptive impersonation, and retaliation against a reporter are prohibited. Reports must be made in good faith and should include relevant contest identifiers, timestamps, and evidence. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.
Do not publicly disclose security vulnerabilities, private personal information, or confidential investigation details. Report security concerns privately through CoachFace support so they can be reviewed safely.
08
Integrity monitoring and review
CoachFace may review account links, device and network signals, location records, entry timing, lineup similarity, payment relationships, communication metadata, promotion usage, and other relevant evidence in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may preserve records and ask for additional information while a review is open.
During review, CoachFace may temporarily limit entry, transfers, rewards, withdrawals, communications, or account access. A restriction is precautionary and does not by itself establish wrongdoing. Reviews will be handled as promptly as reasonably possible, considering complexity, legal duties, and cooperation.
09
Enforcement and remedies
Consequences are proportionate to seriousness, intent, history, impact, and legal requirements. They may include education, warning, removal of content, lineup invalidation, disqualification, rank or badge adjustment, forfeiture of improperly obtained rewards, promotion exclusion, entry limits, suspension, account closure, payment reversal, or referral to a league, payment partner, regulator, or law enforcement.
CoachFace may restore affected participants, recalculate results, redistribute an award, or cancel a contest where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. We will not confiscate an undisputed cash balance solely as punishment, but may retain amounts connected to fraud, reversal, ineligible play, or legal process.
10
Notice and appeals
When lawful and consistent with safety and evidence preservation, CoachFace will explain the category of violation and principal consequence. Detailed detection methods, confidential reports, and information that would expose another person may be withheld.
A user may appeal through CoachFace support within the period stated in the enforcement notice, or within 14 days if no period is stated. The appeal should identify relevant facts and include supporting evidence. A reviewer not responsible for the original decision will assess material appeals where reasonably practicable. The appeal decision concludes the internal process, subject to mandatory legal rights.
11
Policy changes
CoachFace may update this Policy as threats, games, laws, and enforcement methods evolve. Material changes will be announced before taking effect where required. Conduct is evaluated under the policy and contest rules in effect when it occurred, except a later rule may apply if it is more favorable to the participant and legally appropriate.
