This Policy describes the personal information CoachFace needs to operate secure fantasy games, how that information is used, and the controls available to you.

This document forms part of the agreement between you and CoachFace, developed and operated by SCOSTrade. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy explains how CoachFace, developed and operated by SCOSTrade, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use CoachFace websites, applications, games, communications, support, promotions, and related services. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.

This Policy does not govern an independent third party's service or a sports organization's website. Where a separate notice is presented for a contest, payment, identity check, or jurisdiction, that notice supplements this Policy.

Information we collect

  • Account and identity information, including name, email, mobile number, username, password credentials, date of birth, country, state or region, profile photo, and verification status.
  • Profile and preference information, including favorite sports, teams, leagues, fantasy skill level, communication choices, and accessibility preferences.
  • Game and transaction information, including entries, lineups, picks, scores, rankings, rewards, wallet records, payment status, withdrawals, tax records, and responsible-play controls.
  • Device and activity information, including IP address, device and browser type, identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, referring URLs, approximate location, and diagnostic logs.
  • Identity and compliance information when required, including government identification results, selfie or liveness results, address, precise location evidence, sanctions checks, source-of-funds information, and fraud-risk signals.
  • Communications and submitted content, including support requests, survey responses, reports, promotions, and public profile or community content.

How information is collected

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the service, and from service providers such as identity verification vendors, payment processors, communications providers, fraud-prevention partners, analytics services, app stores, and sports-data providers. We may also receive information from referral partners or publicly available sources where permitted by law.

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, performance, analytics, and, where permitted with appropriate choice, advertising measurement. Browser controls may limit certain technologies, but essential storage is required for login and core service operation.

How we use information

Depending on location, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, complying with law, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, protecting vital interests, and consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

  • Create and secure accounts, verify email, personalize profiles, operate contests, calculate scores, publish rankings, and deliver rewards.
  • Verify age, identity, location, eligibility, payment status, tax obligations, sanctions compliance, and withdrawal requests.
  • Detect fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, abuse, security incidents, and violations of the Terms, Game Rules, or Fair Play Policy.
  • Provide support, service messages, contest notices, and marketing where permitted, and honor communication preferences.
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, improve accessibility and product design, develop new features, and create aggregated or de-identified insights.
  • Comply with legal duties, enforce agreements, establish or defend claims, protect users, and respond to lawful requests.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We share only what is reasonably necessary with vendors that support hosting, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, customer support, payments, identity checks, fraud prevention, sports data, professional advice, and similar operations. They are required to protect information and use it only for authorized purposes.

  • Other users may see your username, profile photo, contest entries, scores, badges, rankings, and content you intentionally make public.
  • Payment, identity, and compliance partners receive information needed to perform their services and satisfy legal duties.
  • Authorities or other parties may receive information when lawfully required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or game integrity.
  • Information may transfer in a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, or sale, subject to confidentiality and legally required notice.
  • We may share aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying you.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including account operation, contest records, dispute handling, security, tax, financial, anti-fraud, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the data type, sensitivity, account status, legal limitation periods, and whether deletion would impair integrity or evidence.

When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Closing an account does not require immediate deletion of records that must be retained by law or for legitimate fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Public content may remain in cached, archived, or quoted form where removal is not technically or legally feasible.

Security and international transfers

CoachFace uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted production access, monitoring, backups, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure, so users should maintain unique passwords and promptly report suspicious activity.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms, contractual protections, and supplementary safeguards. Mandatory local privacy rights continue to apply.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain sharing; and appeal a denied request. You may update common profile information in your account and unsubscribe from marketing without disabling essential service messages.

Submit a request through CoachFace support. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, although some information is necessary to provide requested features.

Children and age restrictions

CoachFace's standard account and fantasy contest service is intended for adults who meet the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through the adult service. If we learn that such information was collected without legally valid authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict it.

A future youth, school, or family experience will use a separate age-appropriate notice, consent process, and feature set before launch.

Automated decisions and location checks

CoachFace may use automated signals to identify fraud, confirm location, prioritize security review, enforce entry limits, or assess whether additional verification is needed. We do not rely solely on a decision producing significant legal effects where prohibited. You may request human review where applicable law provides that right.

Precise location or identity documents will be requested only when needed for an eligible feature, legal obligation, payment, prize, token, or withdrawal. Free-play users generally receive a less intensive verification path unless risk or law requires otherwise.

Updates and contact

We may update this Policy as our services, providers, and legal duties change. Material updates will be communicated through the service, by email, or by another method required by law. The effective date identifies the current version.

Questions, privacy requests, complaints, and appeals may be submitted through CoachFace support. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction. CoachFace will provide any legally required entity address or privacy representative details in the regional notice applicable to you.
