The agreement for using CoachFace.

By creating an account, accessing CoachFace, entering a contest, or using any website, mobile experience, feature, content, wallet, token, reward, or related service made available by CoachFace, you agree to these Terms of Service and the incorporated Game Rules, Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and any contest-specific rules displayed before entry.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use CoachFace for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Additional terms may apply to paid contests, prizes, promotions, tokens, withdrawals, or third-party services and will control only where they directly conflict with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age required where you live, and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. CoachFace may offer a restricted youth or educational experience only under separately published terms and legally valid parental consent.

• Provide complete, current, and accurate registration and eligibility information.
• Maintain one personal account unless CoachFace gives written permission for another account.
• Keep credentials and verification codes confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Use the service only from a location where the selected feature or contest is lawful and available.
• Complete age, location, identity, tax, sanctions, anti-fraud, or payment checks when requested.

CoachFace is a fantasy sports and sports entertainment platform centered on the performance and decisions of coaches, managers, and other eligible sports leaders. Features may include free games, leaderboards, rankings, badges, points, rewards, media, community tools, and, where permitted, paid contests or redeemable benefits.

CoachFace may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, product development, or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee that every sport, competition, coach, scoring event, reward, or feature will always be available.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by CoachFace's failure to use reasonable security. We may require password resets, revoke sessions, restrict transactions, or temporarily lock an account to protect users or investigate risk.

• Do not impersonate another person, falsify age or location, sell or transfer an account, or allow another person to play through your account.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the service or its security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
• Do not use bots, scripts, unauthorized data feeds, collusion, inside information, or other unfair methods.
• Do not use CoachFace for money laundering, sanctions evasion, payment fraud, or any unlawful activity.

Free-play points, badges, rankings, promotional credits, and similar virtual items have no cash value unless CoachFace expressly states otherwise. They are limited, revocable licenses for use inside the service and are not deposits, securities, or property interests. They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside approved features.

Before any paid entry, prize, token, or withdrawal, CoachFace may require identity and location verification, payment validation, tax information, and acceptance of additional financial terms. Fees, prize structures, cancellation rules, and eligibility restrictions will be shown before entry. You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations arising from prizes or benefits you receive.

CoachFace may withhold, reverse, or delay a payment or award where required by law, payment reversal, scoring correction, suspected fraud, eligibility failure, or a Fair Play investigation. Uncontested amounts will be handled according to applicable law and the contest-specific rules.

CoachFace, its scoring concepts, software, visual identity, databases, original editorial content, graphics, and related technology are owned by SCOSTrade or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CoachFace a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Team, league, event, and athlete names or marks may belong to their respective owners. CoachFace is not endorsed by or affiliated with a sports organization unless expressly stated.

CoachFace may rely on payment processors, identity providers, communications vendors, analytics services, sports-data suppliers, app stores, and external links. Their services may be governed by separate terms. CoachFace is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will select and oversee providers as required by applicable law.

Official sports statistics may be delayed, corrected, suspended, or unavailable. CoachFace may use designated data sources and reasonable fallback procedures described in the Game Rules. Broadcasts and unofficial sources do not override the designated scoring record.

You may stop using CoachFace at any time and may request account closure, subject to pending contests, investigations, legal retention duties, or unresolved balances. CoachFace may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security threat, eligibility failure, repeated payment reversal, or conduct that threatens users or game integrity.

Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Serious fraud, safety risk, legal orders, or evidence-preservation needs may require immediate action. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, liability, disputes, and records survive termination where their nature requires it.

CoachFace is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachFace disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. CoachFace does not guarantee winnings, rankings, availability, or the accuracy of predictions. Content is for entertainment and informational purposes and is not financial, gambling, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachFace and SCOSTrade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid to CoachFace during the twelve months before the claim or US $100, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or the loss results from fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited.

Before filing a formal claim, you and CoachFace agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through CoachFace support for at least 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief or a shorter statutory period applies. The governing law and forum will be the law and competent courts applicable to SCOSTrade's contracting entity, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Contest-specific dispute and appeal deadlines remain applicable.

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, but changes will not retroactively reduce accrued rights where prohibited by law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; CoachFace may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service, with legally required notice. These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement concerning the service.
